Never if rarely answers the phone. Cancels appointments without scheduling you for another one. Hard to get an appointment. You are literally just a number. They seem under staffed and over worked. The best advice would be is don't play with your liver health if it's a serious issue and get better care on the mainland if possible. Sadly they seem to be the only option here on island for liver care which could be why it is the way it is.
Wonderful atmosphere, excellent staff and doctors. A warm and welcoming environment.
