Update - Requested callback, didn't receive one until 5 days later, was told they're too busy for calls and I should respond to emails for a touchup. What touchup? My hair was cut too short! Disappointed with the response. I have been going to this salon for 5-ish years, have had good experiences with Alicia and Suvi. I have been going to this salon for 5-ish years, have had great experiences with Alicia and Suvi. I booked a fringe cut and thought I would just go with the first available stylist. I had the appointment with Catherine. I showed multiple photos and was clear about the length/style I wanted. I showed a picture explicitly saying "this is too short". First time at this salon. Really appreciated the vibe. Very down-to-earth. My stylist, Catherine, was lovely. She listened to what I wanted and did a great job.
