Thank you Nyima for incredibly accommodating me despite being half an hour late for my appointment and still providing me with such a seamless and outstanding service. I highly recommend Nyima as I feel finally I got someone who can understand my curly hair. Nyima I must say you just did a wonderful job. Looking forward to my next appointment.

I had a great experience at Queen's Shop - Fine Hairdressing. I arrived early and was offered coffee, tea, or water while I waited. Shawna, my stylist, came back early and was ready to start. She listened to what I wanted, gave helpful input, and delivered a clean, fresh cut with beautiful effortless waves. The hair wash was super relaxing, and she took her time to make sure everything looked perfect. Shawna was professional and kind—I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

I finally found my salon So bright, beautiful, and super welcoming! Great place to relax and feel pampered. Kyle did an amazing job with my hair, he listened to me, he studied my hair, and he gave me a cut and style that looked better than I could have imagined!

I visited Queens shop for the first time this week and I left so happy with my haircut and the whole experience. Everyone there was super warm and welcoming, the shop itself is cosy and easy going. Kyle cut my hair, he was super attentive and took the time to clearly understand my hair goals and routines. He spent time and care educating me on how best to handle my hair. It was a really enjoyable and relaxing experience. I will be back for sure!
