This is the worst department ever. I have been trying to get my ultrasound results for over a month but keep getting the run around. Then you try and call phone numbers that are listed and no one ever answers. I hate this place!
8-week wait for a MRI? My doctor's diagnosis is for a "Traumatic complete tear of right rotator cuff". But there is nothing available for 8 weeks at either West and Punchbowl locations. Can't get surgery scheduled until after a MRI confirms his diagnosis. Unreal that they don't have the resources to provide timely care.
Extremely frustrated with Queens Radiology. I had needed to schedule an MRI since my GI appointment 3 weeks ago, but heard nothing until this week. Three days ago I received a message on my phone while I was in surgery at work, and it showed I was booked for an MRI today, Wednesday 11/8/23 with no asking/explanation/etc. Yesterday, 11/7/23 I called to ask if this could be re-scheduled since I work urgent care on Wednesdays.
