Absolute joke of a physician’s office. Sit in a full kitchen for a half hour to see some guy that probably got his degree on an island nation.
Dr Sandeep Seth is def a life savior. Our family will not be able to thank him enough for helping our brother in finding himself. When we had lost all hope and couldn't find a doctor to see my brother let alone be patient to listen, Dr. Seth saved us. He was patient, kind and thorough and looked at all angles of the puzzle with my brother and me and found a solution to my brother's sufferings. Dr.Sheth is a great doctor and I am very thankful for him. Buuuut is front desk staff is awfuuuul! They always answer with an attitude and as if you owe them something and they are doing you a favor! Annie was very nasty I called in because I was needing a refill on my medication that I called in to let them know I would run out by today and nothing was sent to my pharmacy, I called today and Annie had this I don’t care attitude. Very rude. I called about setting up services for a client of mine. I’m not sure who answered the phone but I was not able to relay any information. I was rushed off the phone with a “bye” without explaining the reason for my phone call. I hope this is not how they treat their clients.
