Dr Bover is the best dr I have ever had. He is kind, compasionate and efficient. He actually listens to my concerns and gives me the time to talk. His office is run efficiently by Mary who is knowlegable and kind and always remembers who the patient is. Dr Bover is the only Dr that has ever given me his personal telehone number to communicate with him. He is an excellent Dr and I apprecriate him.
Love Dr Marotta! Been with him since diagnosis of IgAN, almost 15 yrs.
Terrible office staff, never answers the phone on billing inquires. Not very happy with their doctors.
Awful customer service, and poor patient care. Called to speak with the doctor about concern with medication he prescribed and still have not received a call back. Go somewhere else if you need treatment.
Awful office management. They sent me a bill after my father passed away. When I asked what could be done they told me to "figure it out" or wait until it goes into collections. Very sad when an office has zero sensitivity and all they care about is money.
