I got the worst haircut ever. I had to go back and get it fixed. It was so bad she said, "you're just going to have to let it grow out!" Kay did great on my nails, but the manager scolded her for running late into her next appointment which made me feel guilty that I was taking too long. I felt like I was second rate. The pedi was great. The polish lasted 4 weeks. They charge you for every little thing. While my toes and nails turned out great, the jacked up hair and rude manager made me feel 'icky.' I won't be going back.
I came in as a walk in for a high light, color, and cut. I was so very please with my hair and how I was treated. I was in and out in a timely manner. I highly recommend Vanessas as your hair stylist. I will be coming back for sure!
I'm so dissatisfied, the spa is beautiful but when you pay close to $200 to have your hair done you expect the best. I sat in the chair for just about 4 hours to come home and still have the same roots I walked in with (I loved the color) but my roots in the front of my head were never touched with color. I returned to have the problem corrected gave up another hour and half of my time to return home and look at my hair under normal lighting to still have roots and now I have bleached strands of hair in the front of my head ... read more
This is the best Nail place around the gulf coast! the atmosphere is absoutely stunning and beautiful, hence the name "Queen's Nails". The interior design and equipments are beautiful! You really do feel like a Queen here! And the service is wonderful! They offer many special offers and even accomodate you with a free drink/wine of your choice.
