I just spent $150 in Queen nails and I’m not satisfied!!! Hailey is amazing she has wonderful spirit and as far as my design goes she did amazing. The owner has a very nasty attitude she rushed through several of our nails some of my nails are shorter and longer than the other ones and one nail is crooked. Then the girl who did my toes didn’t make sure they’re polished all over the tips look a mess and when I just got home they’re smudged and I paid for gel nails! Horrible experience. The male nail tech was very unprofessional. The pedicure was sloppy and I ended up needing a bandaid on my pinky toe to stop the bleeding from the scrubbing. I only gave it 1 star for the sake of posting... otherwise I would give it a 0!!
