My hubby and I have both had excellent care and attention for those small medical issues that need to be managed quickly. Dr. Dawood and Dr. Hanna have both been caring doctors and the staff do their best to fit us in when we need help. The Pharmacist at Queen's Pharmacy is the best. She makes sure we understand the side effects of each drug prescribed.

Excellent service! I'm a walk in client assisted by great staff, Lovey and the rest of the front desk team. I had appointment with Dr Dawood who is exceptionally nice and considerate. I love this clinic! Will definitely come back again. Thank you for your hard work!
I'm writing to express my extreme disappointment and anger regarding the unacceptable experience my elderly father had at Queens Medical Center and Pharmacy today, June 9, 2025. My father visited the clinic with a painful eye infection. After waiting approximately 20 minutes, he was seen by the doctor. Shockingly, it was the doctor who incorrectly informed him that his health card was expired in 2024. Dr. Dawood is my family doctor and he is the absolute best. He always makes the time to take you if it’s important and you can tell he cares about his patients! Amy the pharmacist is so lovely as well.
