If I could give zero stars, I would. I brought my machine in for a simple check-up because it was hard to start. After a full week with no updates, they finally called me and said the repair would cost more than buying a brand new one. I declined the service. But when I went to pick up my machine, I was shocked to find it in pieces. I asked them to reassemble it, and they told me I would have to pay extra just to get it put back together. Very honest and fair business. I took my 2 weed whacker and they gave me estimate. One of them was worth saving. So when I got back the one that they repaired, it's working and looking like a brand new weed whacker. They go the extra mile. Thank you.
