The hospitality and the education on their products is undesirable. The employees where not even educated on the “Pandora” Jewlery did not even offer to sell me something else. I have been to this store twice and it has been the same Horrible treatment.
This is the sorriest “jewelry” store I have ever walked into! Offer no refunds after a necklace BROKE while putting it on! Also, had a KOHLS tag on the necklace so it clearly didn’t even come from there. The lady even admitted that she didn’t even know where the box it was in came from. I will NEVER walk into this store again.
This Store has extellent pricing! They have Ring upto 3, 4, 5 ctw and there prices and services are exclusive. I had purchased may be around \$20000 in 3 years in this store. I compared all the diamond store like Kay, Zales, Helzberg but this is the best one. recently I purchased 1.0 ct VS1 clarity F color GIA Certified Round Diamond for \$5399 and I love their cleaning and polishing services, every time I visit their store they rhodium/polish and make all my jewelry like brand new... No refund even if it is broke and they dont have any more and you have a receipt. Only 7 days to exchange something if it is broken. Bad service and awefull policies. They dont tell you about it unless you have to bring something back.Finally got the refund but not happy with the service. The policy is the worst.7 days for exchange only. You dont bring something back for repair if it is bought brand new, especially if it is expensive. And if they have none in stock to replace it, you want your money back.
