I have been here three times total. Front desk was AMAZING. There was one female Dr my son saw who was outstanding! BUT Dr. Fernandez is absolutely horrible. Horrible bed side manner, avoidant in wanting to do her job. Judgmental for needing to have forms filled out for daycare for my son’s medication. Has an attitude. Just now got a bill from them from September 2022 that Tricare didn’t fully cover. It is October 2025. It is the first and only bill they’ve sent. It took them THREE YEARS to bill me!! THREE YEARS! I always pay my bills as soon as I get them, so this has me especially livid. I know the Hawai’i law has a statute of limitations of six years, so they’re well within the confines of the law.
