Amazing. Wine music. Great staff and beautiful rooms. We shall be back.
Very courteous upon check in found other staff very un friendly, upon coming in for continental breakfast we were not greeted with a good morning nothing then when asked about the coffee because it was empty she says give me ten minutes and continued on computer when returning she had not budged and acted like it was an inconvenience to make more. Our stay was amazing. Wish we had more time to explore the beautiful grounds and use our free wine tasting. The location was perfect for day trips to Yosemite. Can't wait to get back one day.

Hi Joan, I am sorry for your frustration. Our employees responded correctly and followed our cancellation policy. We have a $25 fee for any cancellation because we have to cover the credit card fees and booking transaction fees. Our staff explains these fees upon receiving the bookings. Most of the hotels in our area have the same or similar policies. Our staff were just doing their job. They do not vary from the policy. Our policies are also clear on our website.
