I had an extremely frustrating experience with Queens Hair African Salon and would not recommend booking with them. I sent a deposit to secure an appointment for a specific date (Saturday), which I clearly communicated was the only day I was available and interested in booking due to my birthday plans the following day. After sending the deposit, I was told that the date was suddenly “fully booked” and I was asked to reschedule to days I wasn’t available for.
