The shop is in an awesome south end location and Bart can get anything I need - even if it isn't in stock. There is a great rotation of bikes new and used so it pays to check in frequently! He ordered my new bike rack for me and put the whole thing together and even helped install it on my car. Bart goes above and beyond. I am so blessed to have QCB as my local bike shop! I travel here every week from Atlanta for work and I ride a lot of the trails here in Charlotte. Queen City has had the parts I've needed every time my bike breaks down, and if not have had helpful suggestions on where to find them. They go above and beyond every time and host regular committee rides. Love this shop

Brought my bike in for a tune-up. Rides like new again!
Headed out on my Fattie Saturday to commute to work mandatory meeting- on the way back I was out jumping anything & everything in sight. Rolling @ 6lbs, a little low for some railroad ties- got a double 'burp' flat. Was about 1 1/2 miles from QCB, Bart fixed me up with a outstanding patch job. On my way with more tire pressure & good vibes to go!
This shop was originally owned by my GrandDaddy, whom I was named after. So it holds a special place in my heart.
