I decided to edit my review, I wrote in haste and every emotion that comes with a sudden death of a loved one. And no answer to my calls. i have video/photo evidence of what goes on there. My mother wasnt stupid! Their staff stole her ID and killed here with spraying the kitchen foods with raid. They broke her spirit! I hate them and the regional public health and their compliance on this place that they removed this years infectious skin diseases, yet they kept the causes cockroaches, rats and bedbugs that bit them in their beds! deserves to be closed down and whoever owns / continues to operate this sick “facility” needs to be rotting in jail. unclean conditions, residents pay over $1000 a month and are barely fed enough and at times denied food, there is NO care or support being given to the people there. locks on doors don’t work, bugs everywhere, barely any staff, it’s absolutely mind blowing to me that this place hasn’t been shut down. it’s heartbreaking to see the people that live there have to be suffering in those conditions, some of them are... read more
This place is a human rights violation in every way. Doors to personal rooms don’t always lock (everything is in disrepair). Leaving elderly ladies uncomfortable and afraid. Bed bugs are rampant. They do nothing to solve this. Even the paint on the walls is 20 years over due for a new coat. Whole place smells like urine. This owner ought to be incarcerated for the abuse these vulnerable people are suffering.
