A total waste of \$75 and timeAwful service. When I called to make an appointment, she didnt mention that she was a nurse practitioner. She is the nurse practitioner, receptionist, secretary, etc. We were constantly interrupted because she had to answer the phone. Ive never been to the clinic, but over the past 5 years Ive called on various occasions to enquire about services and get referral information for clients. The owner/operator has managed to be rude everytime Ive called. Its a wonder shes still in business. I generally believe if you dont think its necessary to be polite to customers you shouldnt work with people. This clinic advertises itself as a clinic serving those without insurance, so I took a friend with an injury there since she doesnt have health care. The woman who I thought was the receptionist turned out to be the nurse practioner. She insisted we pay up front, and then finished seeing other patients. She never washed her hands in between patients, was nasty in her conversations with people, and had her two dogs snoring behind the counter. Bad mannered, rude, impolite this is all her! I went to her clinic thinking this lady will help me diagnose my concerns for my condition. After she swiped my credit card for numerous tests which i later found out that i dont need, she appears to be very busy whenever I give her updates. She will cut me off and tell me she doesnt have time and she has patients to attend to, which i hardly believe because the times that i went to her clinic, I seldom see patients coming in. Dont even go there,if you want to save some money,cause this lady will charge you a lot plus you will be told that you have some bacteria in your stomach that needs to be treated and will send you to have unnecessary blood test!!!She just wants to make some money !The equipment is also awful in that clinic,at least she could buy a good one to fool people!
