It is unfortunate when someone does not get what they want; they write unkind and untrue comments. The last two comments were not necessary and clearly shows how challenging people can be when faced with the decison to pay for their health care.The Nurse Practitioner who started the clinic is honest, kind, smart and knows her medicine. Possible the worst clinic I have been to. Though it accepts the medically uninsured and the insured, but I felt like the services are very vague and not professionally secured. Also, the owner and sole provider is very hostile and rude, needs to be more personally caring like a true trusted provider and not so cold and so harsh. Please direct to invest your money and time elsewhere. This is my advice for those in need for urgent care.
The owner was extremely unprofessional and rude. She is seriously off or something. She refused to released my medical record to my oncologist and she insisted he make an appointment and go in and pay to get my test results. She also recommended that I take a test that was expensive and when I told my other doctor about it - he said that it was really stupid of her to recommend that considering my symptoms etc... The reason the Nurse Practitioner works alone is becasue she has said it is difficult to keep front end help becasue many times patients who do not have medical insurance can be verbally abusive and demanding. They expect the clinic to be free. It is not and she built the clinic to help those in the community who do not have health insurance.The clinic was a great experience!!!! DO NOT GO HERE! This woman preys on the poor and uneducated, and if you ask informed questions about the clinic and services, she immediately demands you leave. If you try to read the documents you are required to sign she harasses you and tries to get you to sign and pay without reading them. If you continue to try and read the documents she throws you out. A total waste of \$75 and timeAwful service. When I called to make an appointment, she didnt mention that she was a nurse practitioner. She is the nurse practitioner, receptionist, secretary, etc. We were constantly interrupted because she had to answer the phone. Ive never been to the clinic, but over the past 5 years Ive called on various occasions to enquire about services and get referral information for clients. The owner/operator has managed to be rude everytime Ive called. Its a wonder shes still in business. I generally believe if you dont think its necessary to be polite to customers you shouldnt work with people.
