Not happy with the care they are giving my mother she is in ICU and the RNs are so un officiant Not Happy At ALL
My son dislocated his leg...the ambulance took us there...we were in and out in two hours.on the 24th 1030pm.. the staff were great... Merry Christmas

My sister went to FPH for Bronchoscopy. She was very happy with the nurses' attitude towards her, the Respiratory Therapist is very nice, too, and the area is clean. Dr Leung met with my sister and husband before and after the procedure to explain details. With this kind of approach towards the patient, my sister feels very confident and calmer before the procedure. By the way, she also told me that everyone smile at them as they walk in the corridor, and ask them if they needs help finding the GI lab department. The people ... read more

If I could of given it 0 stars I would. By far the worst experience here at queen of the valley. Long story short doctors wanted to deny care for my grandpa because of his age.
