The staff are truly wonderful people who care about what they do. My partner was admitted for an abdominal blockage, he was in for 7 days and they all made him feel very comfortable from day one, I really liked the way they talked to him and not talk at him, thank you to the staff!! I didn't like that no one answers the after hours intercom even with though the sign outside the main entrance doors states "press the intercom button" at least they can answer to say go away!! Queen of The Valley is awesome. I see a few of you complaining about waiting 2-4, I highly encourage you to please go LA County USC and wait there for 12+ hours like my brother did who suffered a stroke! They took my brother in right away ran several tests, MRI and admitted him to the hospital because he had suffered a stroke. LA COUNTY USC a did nothing just sent him home! I'm always appreciative of Queen of The Valley, they have always been good to my family when they have been there.
I came here from the ER to the maternity ward because of not being able to keep food down and kept vomiting. The staff was tremendous! The nurses are so nice and are there right away when you call them and check on you very often. I am defiantly delivering here.
