If you are looking for something different don't miss out on the Lavender Honeycomb, it's EVERYTHING and their dairy free Coconut option is tasty as well. Service has always been good too.
The ice cream is great. The service is OK. I wish they made their own waffle cones. It's a bit pricey for ice cream but again, quite tasty.

Ice cream is pretty good. It's came in today around 3 and the girl in the back looked at me and continued to scroll on her phone. I then stood there for another minute or so while she was on her phone and asked could I get some ice cream. She comes out and says "Oh I'm used to hearing people ring the bell" then she points to it. My thing is, regardless of a bell you saw me waiting and you had no other customers, so what did you think I was waiting for? Won't be back.

I apologize that you felt you had a bad experience. Due to brighter lights in the kitchen than in the service area, there is a terrible glare that unless you are wearing a yellow jumpsuit, makes it impossible to see anyone standing at the counter. That is why we incorporate the bell system so that at least the kitchen staff can hear the noise over the sound system. I apologize for the inconvenience and have brought this up with my staff. Amazing flavors and friendly staff. The coffee ice cream was really good and the chocolate might be the best chocolate ice cream in the city.
Delicious! I took my brother here when he was visiting from out of town. I got a coconut based ice cream and it was amazing! My brother got a milk shake and he was very happy with it and said he would like to go again when he visits!
