Nice staff and environment. However, my nail tech rushed at the end leaving me with snagging nails that have dull patches. I'm disappointed. And when I say snagging nails, they literally snagged my shirt. I've been here a few times, and I think the tech was just excited at the thought of going home for the evening. I'd still recommend it, just make sure you really check your manicure before leaving.
i’ve been a long time customer, i made an appointment and was told 10 minutes for a wait when i got there and then it was 45, i didn’t complain, i wasn’t reassured, nothing but silence. i left pretty content but noticed the next day that the acrylic wasn’t cured long enough, i got gel two days ago and im already going to a different salon to fix the issue now. pretty disappointed.

I love queen nails ! I went in sad because a previous salon I went to did my nails really bad as I will show what they look like before they were pink and polka dots. But after leaving the other place I went to I was literally crying because my nails looked so bad when I left. So I decided to then go to queen and then leaving queen nails so happy because my nails look amazing!! The blue nails are the ones queen nails did they are very pretty 🩵
Marianne was perfect!!! I walked out with exactly what I wanted!❤️❤️
