Went for the first time to get a polish change. The man who worked on me was SO ROUGH, I got scrapes all around the bottom of my nails. He also didn’t soak my gel polish off at all. He only used a drill that made my nails too thin because he was to aggressive with it. Ouch. On top of that, he nicked me with it on one of my thumbs, and I have a scab there now. I had such a great experience at Queen Nails in Melbourne! My nails came out beautifully, and the pedicure was amazing—the best massage I’ve had in a long time. The staff was friendly and professional, and I left feeling so relaxed. A little on the pricey side, but absolutely worth it for the quality and care. Definitely recommend!
