I’m really disappointed in my full set. Ricky did my manicure. My nails are pointing up and not level with my fingertips. The polish is globby and uneven. His work station was filthy. He did not trim my cuticles at all and now there is paint on them. He asked me what I wanted, didn’t understand, then did what he wanted. The thing is, I didn’t even have a chance to look at my nails properly when he finished. Someone else walked in when I went to wash and they sat them at the table with my things still sitting there.

Within less than 10 minutes of sitting down, they’d already switched three nail technicians on me — and I was just asking for a French manicure! One of the guys, who was at Table 2, was really rough when removing my nails, and I could feel a burning sensation. absolutely terrible, I showed them inspo and they gave me a set that was entirely different then I wanted, and they started talking bad about me right infront of my face. they service was so bad and my nails are so bad. Never go there and don’t book with Rickie

Absolutely disgusting service I never want to go back again. Lucy did my pedicure and I was super excited to get them done for my upcoming vacation last friday, but she clipped super close to my skin which hurt and the polish overflowed in the cuticles and cracks of my toes. She did a bull job and the experience was a waste of my time and money.
