Absolutely disgusting service I never want to go back again. Lucy did my pedicure and I was super excited to get them done for my upcoming vacation last friday, but she clipped super close to my skin which hurt and the polish overflowed in the cuticles and cracks of my toes. She did a bull job and the experience was a waste of my time and money.
This is the first time I've had a bad experience here. I did not have my glasses/contacts with me today. The nail tech did gel polish with chrome powder on top. After applying powder on one foot, she had to use drummer to fix 3 toes, then applied more polish. There was so much powder on feet, I couldn't tell if there was anything wrong until I got home and washed my feet. With my glasses on, I realized she did a terrible job. It was ok until the polishing started and the fake cuticle trimmings didn't even get pushed back or trimmed and the waiting my 2 year old could of done better. I do not understand why the prices are expensive and the quality of work is not even decent. My manicure 20 dollars I asked for no polish.. filed all sideways, soaked for minimum of 10 seconds a hand and imaginary cuticle trimming once again thankfully I stopped the nail tech before she started using the drill on my natural nails with no artificial product on them. I’m a business professional traveling as a walk in. The attitude, inpertinence and just plain disdain that I got from Ricky was unbelievable! Worst Mani-no-cure EVER!! 5 minutes Tops and charged me $20, plus tax plus tip. I frequent Youngstown area out of Columbus and would NEVVVVVVVER RETURN here.
