Very polite and friendly
I came in 2 weeks ago for shellac mani and pedi. The my shellac chipped in 3-4 days and the clear coat started to chip on all the nails. I asked them to change it and they did. I brought my mother and sister to treat them with a mani and pedi. (I understand mistakes happen, I’m giving them another chance) Same thing with them. My mom’s nails all started peeling off by day 3-4 aswell. And this was my sisters pedicure was awful (pic attached) She told her to fix it and this is the fixed pic.
