What horrible customer service. I walked in at 645pm for a manicure and was told they were closed and they closed at 730pm. I said “it’s not even 7pm yet.” They looked at the clock and continue to say they were closed. Meanwhile, 5-6 of the ladies were standing around. Frustrating! I suppose they keep whatever hours they want despite signage saying they close at 730pm, so don’t count on them being “open” when you get there. Worst of all, they know me as I’ve been going there for years. Never again.

Review I won’t be returning to this salon. I was very disappointed with how I was treated today when I came in to have my nails cut. I’m disabled, and the salon has provided this service to me before, so I was confused when they refused to do it today. I felt that I was treated disrespectfully because of my disability. I hope they can show more understanding and respect toward disabled customers in the future.

I called ahead to get my nails and toes done and waited after arriving, only for the nail technician to start removing and filing off my French tip before telling me she could not do my nails. This was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. I drove an hour for this appointment and spent my time waiting just to be turned away after the service had already started. i came here like 6 years ago and got a ingrown toe nail because of poor work
