I called ahead to get my nails and toes done and waited after arriving, only for the nail technician to start removing and filing off my French tip before telling me she could not do my nails. This was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. I drove an hour for this appointment and spent my time waiting just to be turned away after the service had already started.
