I made an appointment online for 4 p.m. When I arrived it was very busy. I was addressed and given a pedicure chair. After a 15 minute wait, another customer of a different race arrived and was waited on almost immediately. I walked out. I will never visit this nail shops again.

I love this nail spa it’s the only one I go to in Savannah! I always go to Mindy she does an amazing job with my nail shape, design, and overall quality. I literally have never found a place I love more than here!

I had an interesting experience here. I received a manicure and pedicure. The lady who did my manicure was a 10/10, however the lady who did my pedicure was not. Firstly, I told her I couldn't receive scrubbing or dead skin shaving because I had recently went to the spa the previous day and had a foot peel applied. I was directed to not get a scrubbing or shaving until the peel completely came off because it would create painful raw skin. The lady started doing it anyway. Love queen nails been going here for years now! I take my daughter for mama and daughter time and they are always happy to give her an experience. Mindy and everyone in the salon are very nice and kind.
