The manager that sits at the first station in the front is very unprofessional and inconsiderate. I’ve been coming here consistently for Tina but he doesn’t care if you make an appointment and come at that time and still have other people go before you. If you have an appointment time set then you should be next in the chair. He doesn’t care even tho he’s the one who answers the phone to make the appointment and that is a huge inconvenience and he’s insensitive about it when you’re there asking questions.
