Horrible. I had a pedicure. Picking out the colors from the nail sample was complete guess work because it was so old and discolored. The technician filed my nails down right to the skin and then kept filing. I had to tell him to stop because it was so painful. The leg messages was also very painful. He squeezed and rubbed my legs so hard I thought I was going to have bruises. My right foot was numb after he used the scrub brush on it. Esmeralda Cali this was my experience too. Can’t believe this guy 6/2025 was still working at the queen nails salon. He cut me three times and was very rough! Now I’m worried about infection too.
