First time here . The young man looked fairly young no judgement there . All the methods used are none I was familiar with . Nails were not groomed properly . The gel was CAKED ON. I expressed my displeasure and was not offered anything at all . They don’t see anything wrong with this . As someone who has gotten her nails done for a long time I could tell the person didn’t have experience. Betty did a FANTASTIC job on my nails! They are absolutely perfect—not thick, bulky, or messy at all. The whole experience was completely pain-free, and we had such a great conversation the entire time! Yung also did an amazing job on my pedicure! He wasn’t the least bit judgmental about my 3-month-old polish and, most importantly, he wasn’t overly aggressive with the callus removal like I’ve experienced at other salons. My feet feel amazing! Fantastic experience! As someone who’s been running for over 10 years, I’m always looking for ways to take care of my feet and calves, and this place exceeded my expectations. The deluxe pedicure was wonderful, but the reflexology massage was the standout. It worked out so much tension and left my feet and calves feeling completely refreshed. Betty is always my go to for nails. I being her inspo pictures and she beings them to life. She never rushes, and is extremely kind. Tim(sorry if that is not his name) always does my pedicures. He makes great conversation, takes his time, and makes sure I leave there with the softest feet.
