I get my nails done by Angie, they are always exactly what I ask for. I highly recommend her.
My wife told me today that she visited Queen Nails & Spa and was disappointed with some of the customer service. She noticed that when she entered and requested service from the business that she was not asked if she would like a refreshment, but when others walked in they were asked if they would like a refreshment. Was she overlooked or was it intentional. Please respond.
One of the man that work here hurted my nails and did a horrible job. He shouldn't be working there.

Always awesome! Beautiful nails every time. Super clean and efficient. Love that they are all spunky and creative and don't keep problem customers. Its always upbeat and fun in there. I've had gift certificates that were expired and the honored them no problem. Gone in with no appointment and no problem. Always happy for over 10 years
