Super staff that go above and beyond!
I went in for a simple gel manicure today and unfortunately had a pretty uncomfortable experience. The staff spent most of the time chatting and laughing in their own language, which made me feel isolated and unwelcome. I asked for short nails, but there was a clear communication barrier—they didn’t seem to understand English well, and my instructions were ignored. Disappointing experience. Spent one hour only on shellac removal and a manicure that wasn’t done properly.nails weren’t filed correctly, and the finish was poor. Staff are friendly but lack experience. I won’t be returning.
