Was a great tour. Learned a lot about how the mines work and how rough those guys had it.

This was a nice tour and very educational. You will learn a lot about the mining industry. It was reasonably price . They do not offer any discounts what so ever to seniors, Military, Veterans, AAA, or ARP which was disappointing. They should advertise more.
The rich history and culture of this place is amazing. They tell the story in an interactive way to capture the audience. Some of the staff is even comprised of ex-miners who can tell you what the mining life was like.
What a cool experience, getting to ride this mining train into the mine WITH former miners as your guide was really a great touch. They spoke to real life and had solid answers to the questions posed. Be aware, you will need to climb some stairs (up and down) and you must have closed toed shoes.
