I bought several pieces but realized a pr of the earrings were broke. I notified the consultant Tashima and she was very accommodating and replaced them the next day. Her professionalism and great customer service was excellent and I have referred her to my friends and family.
If you love costume jewelry AND excellent service, go shop with Queen Jewels. I bought 5 sets and I didn’t want to stop. Beautiful jewelry of a variety of colors. Loved it and I WILL be returning!!
