A truly exemplary facial – Went for my third facial yesterday evening with Joyce and each one was so outstanding I purchased five more and I'm going to bring friends. The spa is beautiful with upscale decor and spacious private rooms with soothing music. In contrast to many of the highly touted and more famous spas, the esthetician is with you the entire time. LOVING this new spa! – Queen Jane Day Spa was an AMAZING experience to say the least! I received the best facial I've ever gotten (and I've had many!) and my skin looked amazing for days afterwards. Nadine did an excellent job of being both informative and allowing me to relax. This IS my new place to go for skincare.
Exceptional Service – I could not ask for better service or a cleaner atmosphere!! My Mom, sister and I went to the spa to celebrate our annual Mother's Day Retreat!! We have been to a variety of spas in Manhattan, but this one took the cake. The service was exceptional, and the ambiance was relaxing. We will definitely return.
Best Spa experience in NYC – I went to the spa for a bach party, and we were treated like royalty. It's a well lit, clean spa and the staff is very accomodating. I got a facial and my skin looked great weeks after. The part I love about the spa is pre and post treatment. Before your service, you sit in massage chairs and there's dried fruit along with beverages available. After your service, they give you a bowl of fruit while relaxing in the massage chairs. Definitely the spa to go to! – I went for the first time yesterday, 1 week before my wedding, to get a little relaxing massage. I had NO CLUE what I was really walking into. This place is GREAT!! Joyce was amazing, she took such great care of me. Actually everyone there are wonderful just to see, very accommodating, warm and friendly. Best Kept Spa Secret – The spa is wonderful. I can't say enough about it. The service is fantastic! My facialist, Joyce, is the best. I've had three facials with her, and evertime my skin looks great after. The shoulder and neck massage during the mask is really nice also - very relaxing.
