I love this spa! – I found Queen Jane through Spafinder and tried it out with my gift certificate. I am always weary of new salons/spas, but I am so glad that I found this place! Right from the very beginning, I was very impressed with the service, the cleanliness, and the quality of my facial. This spa is a relaxing, calming oasis hidden in the basement of a big office building. I have done the couples package, which was extremely romantic and wonderful, and I see Joyce for my facials. She is just the best!
Great services but cold welcome. – I was referred by a co-worker that I should try this spa. Our office is only 2 blocks a way and she said I should really treat myself. The space was beautiful and the treatments were as good as my co-worker described. However the reception was not very welcoming and was somewhat cold. If I hadn?t gotten such a great referral I would have walked out from feeling uncomfortable. With so many places in NY I am not sure if I will be going back.
Best facial – I've visited the spa so many times. I've had an deep cleansing Facial treatment with Joyce. She's a great esthetician. Before I've met Joyce, I've been suffering with my skin problem for entire of my life. Since I've met Joyce, she was able to asses my skin and told me how to take care of my skin properly. My skin has been getting better and better since I met Joyce ^_^ I highly recommend to see Joyce for any skin issue, espeacially acne prone skin.
great massage, friendly and courteous people – This is a great place!!! Angela gave me a WONDERFUL swedish massage, the best I have ever had. Everyone is friendly and inviting. I live in Brooklyn but will make the trip into town...it's that good.
Wow! What an experience!! – I have been to other spas and, frankly I enjoyed this one the most! All I can say is that from the time I walked in, I was treated like a princess. The receptionist was so attentive and sweet. I went into the relaxation room and it was pure heaven because it wasn't noisy like the other spas I've been to. Intimate Massage – I am what you would call a spa bunny. I hop around to different spas enjoying the unique experiences each one has to offer. I was suprised with Queen Jane Day Spa. It turned out to be quite the unassuming little spa. "Never Judge A Book By it's Cover" - is definitely true in this case. The outside isn't much, but I am use to that living in NY. Great spa – My experience at queen jane day spa was very enjoyable and relaxing. The relaxation room was great. The dim lights, massaging chairs, snacks, and water features made it very soothing and relaxing. I enjoyed my pedicure and seaweed wrap. The only downside is I wished they would have done my seaweed wrap first then my pedicure. My pedicure just looked faded when I left. I would definitely recommend this place and plan to go back.

You'll be happy you went – I am not a person who normally goes to spa's, but I fell in love with Queen Jane. Every part of the serivce was exceptional, from the minute I walked in until the time I left. If you are going for a facial, I highly recommend Joyce. You will not be disappointed!
Very relaxing!!! – We had a spa party for the bride-to-be. We had a very warm reception from the hostess. We started in the relaxation room exclusively for our party where we enjoyed the fruit bowl and light snacks awaiting for our treatments. My first treatment was the deep tissue massage. It was really nice and relaxing. I'd only wish I booked for another hour. Then I had the sea salt body scrub which I found quite interesting.
