I love it there I have been getting braids from them about 8 hrs or more very kind people extra flexible for a girl like me lol great braids just know what you want and how explain be honest and you will get exactly what you ask for now my daughter is of age and she goes now .We love our knotless ponytails 2 braids I can go on I'm blessed to be a customer of Queen hair braiding 🥰

They do not do a good job. I use to love them, but they are trash now. I won't return. They did passion twists they were supposed to be meduim. They came out smaller. The girl doing my hair didn't part it evenly. Told me 2 packs, but I needed 3. Will never return. Horrible experience they dont tuck your hair into the braids at all. Them they use the scissors to cut the hair outside of the braid... and the whole time it your hair they are trimming because they didn't tuck your hair in the braids...
