About two years ago Queen Emama Clinic purchased the Clint Spencer Clinic (HIV clinic) from UH Medical School. They're still clueless that they even provide HIV related services or how to contact that clinic.

I'm super sick in a lot of pain needed a emergency visit to the GI I was toldby the Queen's medical center to schedule with them due to the severity of my epigastric pain they told me No! since I was not a patient of there's even though the referral was for them just don't go here I guess they could not care if your possible going to die from your condition.
Communication is a nightmare both internally and externally. Have never experienced such confusion with any other medical group in my past experiences in other cities on the mainland. Scheduling and followup always requires multiple calls and long holds with nobody answering. Even when I hold on a call while they try to connect internally it is usually impossible to get answers.
