Saw first hand the lack of help they give to people. 3 elderly people crying and yelling out for help over an hour with staff not even turning sideways to look at them, they weren't busy they were talking about boots. They only look like they cared when visitors came... no one should be sent there, if staff hate the job that much quit. Im shocked. I pulled them up on 2 people crying and I was told they put themselves in the awkward positions, how about laying the beds down! I never want to see anyone i know go there again.

Attended QEII Orthopedic for surgery. The doctors and nurses were all amazing and could not fault my overnight stay. As a inpatient the nurses in Ward 3B were friendly and caring. Thank you. Unfortunately post op dealing with physio has been absolutely abysmal which has now left me in a frustrating predicament.

Waiting time at QE 2 hospital so worse it took all day sitting in outpatient waiting for doctors.

I went into the waiting room around 3 AM and waited until 7 AM for any help. During that time, I couldn’t help but notice some really condescending posters on the walls. The hospital’s attempt to normalize long wait times felt like a joke. One poster even suggested “booking a local GP if you’re tired of waiting” — which is laughable when you’re sitting in a hospital full of staff.
