I got a flat tire at rocky gap today and my friend and i put a spare put on, Lanny zeunges from queen city helped me over the phone since I wasnt sure about driving my car 45 minutes home with the spare, he also told me to stop by and he would check my tires so I could get home safe. He took time out of his busy day to help me out and I greatly appreciate it. highly recommend them! again, thank you Lanny at queen city tires. It's nice to see that there are still good people around! 🙂
My transmission had gone up on the way to Frostburg and Queen City was the closest mechanic that could work on my car quickly and work with my warranty, and I couldn't be happier. I live 2 hours away, and Lanny Zeunges was so helpful. He kept me in the loop throughout the entire process and answered any questions I had. Not to mention he went out of his way by calling the warranty company in an attempt to save me even more money along with offering to come back to the shop had I gotten there late to pick up my car.
