I love your sausage overall, but the new Wild Ghost pepper is not hot

Simply the best. I'm honored to know Elmer Hensler, I have toured his facility many times over the years and have literally been eating his QCS products my entire life (QCS and I were born the same year). Elmer Hensler is a local legend with good reason. ...and if your grocery doesn't carry his line of lunch meats, start asking for them as they, like his line of sausages, are superior to all others.
I LOVED the tour and meeting folks at Queen City Sausage. Lunch was great and I am now a fan of hot dogs and sausage!!! Thank you!!
