I came here with a few of my family members for a nail day, and the experience was lovely and personable! The nail techs were amazing and patient, and the prices were extremely reasonable. I will be back!
I had a manicure here about a month ago, and the girl (not Amber!) used a drill type tool to remove my gel polish and buff my nails, and she clearly used one that was WAY too strong. She stripped down my nail so much and made it so thin. She realized it and changed it, but not before the damage was already done to these two nails. I love this place. I've had fabulous experiences with multiple services - manicure/pedicure, lash lifts and facials. I recently had a subpar manicure with a newer nail tech. I sent photos and an explanation to the owner, and she worked really hard to correct the situation. This level of attention to customer service is what keeps me coming back here. Side note: Amber H gives the BEST manicure! Highly recommend!
