Highly disappointed in this businesses professionalize. I made an appointment and upon arrival no one addressed the busy day and the need to wait. I waited 50 minutes without a single person addressing the wait. As a reoccurring customer, this was astonishing behavior. So unprofessional and I will not be coming back and I will be advising others the same.

I love queen bee! I’ve gone here for 5 years and always have a positive experience. It’s clean, the staff are incredibly kind, and I’ve never been unhappy with my nails. I cannot recommend them enough! I go monthly and it is the best few hours of my month!
Very disappointing experience. I waited for over 20 minutes and kept being told ‘5 more minutes’ over and over again. If the wait is going to be long, just be honest about it instead of making customers sit there and waste their time. Very unprofessional and frustrating.
