This place is great. I come in every few weeks to get my acrylics refilled and they always look good. All the techs are good but Julia is my favorite. I see almost her exclusively. She’s very thorough and works with you to get exactly what you want. Highly recommend! Updated to add: Julia continues to be awesome. She’ll often layer two colors to get a beautiful effect.
Be careful about what you’re charged here. I booked a specific service, but during my appointment I ended up being charged much more. (To be honest, I’m not even sure if they actually offered me a more expensive treatment or simply decided to do something different from what I requested.) I have been a loyal customer for over a year and I’ve rated this place very highly in the past because I love Jen so it’s sad that I have to rate it so poorly now. I scheduled an appointment with Jen. I arrived and was told she was on vacation for 5 weeks. That was unfortunate but I was willing to get past that. I then asked Julia if she could do it. I have been seeing Julia for my manicures and she has been so helpful in managing my extremely curved, bendy nails. I was regularly getting 10 days out of gel manicures before, and my nails were damaged from bad gel removal elsewhere, and she’s been great about suggesting what services will actually work on my nails, even if it’s something cheaper than what I came in asking for.
