I have been a loyal customer for over a year and I’ve rated this place very highly in the past because I love Jen so it’s sad that I have to rate is so poorly now. This is the kind of review that doesn’t need words lmao look at these… I made an appointment and was seen on time, but not by a nail tech, it was a lady that seems to be a manager/owner. They told me to pick the color, I did, then she complained it was too light… Ok, she decided to use a base layer color to make it work (bare minimum?) but not very happy about it. Update: I went back to Queen Bee and Julia did a phenomenal job. I told her I’d been worried about my nail strength and she heard me out and made suggestions!! Ended up with the perfect dip nails for the Fourth of July! Will be going back.
I’m not going to lie to you, they all kind of suck at doing a basic gel manicure. I’ve gone three times, each time with someone different. You have to get them to do extra layers when it’s clearly still see-through or have them redo nails because they’re not smooth. Also, it does feel like they talk shit about you right in front of you. However, you can’t beat the price. I guess, you get what you pay for.
