I’ve gone here for a bit now and always see Jen! She is amazing and I always leave so impressed. I tend to get a simple builder gel manicure, but have seen her complete some AMAZING designs. I am so thankful for how my nails have grown stronger and healthier since seeing Jen and to get my nails done in such a positive atmosphere!
Always an amazing experience at Queen Bee! Julia is an amazing nail tech with such attention to detail and great customer service. I also love Aly for her warmth. This time, I did a gel pedi and Gel X manicure and it was such a great experience. Always clean and not at all rushed.
Came in for hard gel removal. My nail tech soaked my nails in alcohol and they started to burn when she used the tool for removal. My nails are now a very thin layer, red, soft to the touch, extremely sensitive, and my nails keep breaking even cut short. Pretty sure tools were not sanitized. They don’t take credit card and my Venmo wasn’t working, so they made me pull cash from their ATM, even though the person next to me was able to pay with card. Won’t be back.

5 minutes after getting my nails done I went back because I felt a bump on one of the design and the heart designs were not good at all. Asked for a fix and they said to come back 2 days later. The person who did my nails didn't listen to my input originally and the manager didn't seem to care about my issue after I came back. The only person trying to help me was Julia but they werent listening to her either. Went next door to Charming Nails and she did exactly what i asked for! Big love to her.
