Been here many times on my trips to Miami and they always do a great job! They even did my wedding mani & pedi as well as my family’s. Very good service and good pricing!
I am writing this review because my experience at Queen Salon in South Beach was extremely disappointing, particularly because of the way my concerns were handled by Santiago, the manager.I had previously visited the salon for a gel ombré manicure that cost approximately $185 after additional services were added. Although I felt the price was high, I liked the result and decided to try their hair services as well.Before booking, I specifically asked whether the salon offered haircuts. Santiago is the absolute best- coming from North Carolina this is absolutely the best experience I’ve ever had- mimosas are amazing as well
