Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The polish started chipping in less than 24 hours. During the manicure, my cuticles were cut too short, even after I specifically asked for them not to be because it was painful. They are now sore and uncomfortable. The complimentary drink was nice, but the hand massage lasted only about 30 seconds per hand, which felt rushed and underwhelming. Overall, I expected much better quality and attention to detail for the price.

Scarlet was awesome she was very sweet and gentle, she did a great job, the staff was very attentive. The place is also very beautiful!
