They do not even deserve a 1 star throughout the process of getting my lashes done, my eyes burned the whole time. The lady got something in my eye once I open my eyes. I realize that eyelashes are so curled. They’re touching my eyelid. There’s lash pieces sticking up uneven. It hurts when I blink now I have to go get my lashes done again tomorrow somewhere else to fix this problem and they still charged me.
While staying around the corner, I realized I needed a pedicure immediately for a conference dinner. I’d called ahead to confirm availability. However, when I got there, two ladies had walked in ahead of me. I was told there’d be a 30 minute wait, unfortunately, so good thing I’d brought my book. But wonderfully, the very kind young manager (whose name I apologize for not writing down right away) within 10 minutes presented an available aesthetician.
