Leasing office staffs are easily approachable and they are good. Management office staff are rude and we had very poor experience with them recently. We felt like we are ill treated and intimidated by the management staff. Apartment units are good and spacious, though.
Our leasing consultant Melissa was fabulous and made us feel at home right away. We are officially all settled into our new apartment and we absolutely love it. Love taking walks every night with the beautiful nature that the complex provides (lots of flowers, trees)
I've worked with Queen Anne's Gate staff and they have been an absolute pleasure. I strongly advise that you give them an opportunity to wow you with their professionalism and service. You won't regret it.
So over this complex I can't wait to move I've been here 2 years 2 long
