Excellently located near the landmarks of Seattle. Walkable food, entertainment, and shopping. Rent is reasonable for the area and the management company is responsive, pleasant, and respectful. Beautiful views from the rooftop. The Space Needle is a 4 block walk away. SLU/Amazon campus is within a 10 minute biking distance. Downtown to Pike Place Market is 15 minutes bus ride on any of 8 different lines. Rented a one-bedroom and really enjoyed my time here! Responsive management who treated me like an actual person, respectful neighbors, reasonable rent for Seattle, and most of all me and my mail/packages were safe. Best part was definitely the rooftop's beyond amazing view (my favorite sunrise and sunset attached). Definitely recommend if you like the Uptown area. Special shoutout to Loni and Sara, who are both awesome :)
It was a fun experience living in Queen Anne Flats. The apartment is closed to everywhere and is very cozy.
The Queen Anne Flats Apartments are conveniently located right in the heart of Lower Queen Anne. You're within walking distance to tons of local restaurants, grocery stores, and even coffee shops! The property; The building is quite cozy and modern with an updated elevator wonderful lobby and the halls smell like flowers. Everything is super convenient including where the mailboxes are located, down to where the trashes are for easy disposal.
