I recently experienced some issues with my car after an oil change. I took my car in to the servive department to replace my front struts and to perform a diagnostic test for 2 warning lights that kept appearing after changing the oil and battery. CJ assisted me and gained my trust after performing an initial test. It did not take long before CJ called to inform me that an intake hose had been dislodge and was causing the warning lights.
Julio Peratta was great to work with. He helped us find the right pre-owned vehicle for us and worked with us late to make it happen.
I truly love this dealership. They've always went above and beyond to take care of the customer and not just their pockets. I'm going though a really hard time and they're helping me get out of a bad situation from Bill Luke and I couldn't be more grateful for them. Update- Ok now to add to this review I already gave them. I just want to say how grateful I am for the sales manager Josue and Chris and finance! They're the best 2 guys to work with and I'm forever grateful for them.
We went in to browse and left with an amazing used vehicle. Everyone was so wonderful to deal with. No games or gimmicks. Just honesty and professionalism. They now have a loyal customer in me.
