I'll be honest here. I don't care about black coffee. I don't care about fancy teas. I just want a great vanilla latte. A latte with a strong, medium-dark espresso from some exotic place I'll never visit, embellished with a tasteful swan of latte art, and served with a contented smile by a red-bearded gentleman, who I presume to be the captain. That is why I go to Quay.
We visited Quay while in KC on vacation. Out of the 3 shops that came highly recommended, Quay was the one we ended up falling in love with. Great coffee, great atmosphere, and friendly staff.

i went to get some coffee for my boyfriend. I do t drink coffee so I don't really know much about it. Ordered one of each of the pourover flavors. The. Artists explained it all to me and told me the differences and was very helpful. Will try again!
