I had the most beautiful experience when I went to rent my apartment. Julie was absolutely amazing. The place is clean. It’s nice, They’re very concerned about the tenants and what you would like and what you want. I highly recommended to rent from them. Thank you so much, Julie and their stuff. I’m looking forward to be in the complex.
I am new to Oregon and it has been so hard to find stable housing by myself, I looked every single day. I could afford rent but move in costs were out of my league. I found Quatama Village and yesterday I moved into my 2x2 apartment! Clean, Quiet and mine the staff is amazing. Kind and non-judgmental.i finally found a place to live with staff that understood what I was going through. the apartment is very nice, lots of storage and they are pet friendly. very kind managment nice appartments
$245 cleaning fee and $70 carpet cleaning fee when this is how we left our unit. Severely disappointed as this is the second time in the past 5 years I've had to fight for my deposit back from Quatama/Princeton when I've left a unit cleaner than I found it. I have requested an itemized receipt for the cleaning fee. I'm surprised because other than this issue, management recently has been very kind and responsive to all of my concerns and questions and the maintenance staff are awesome.
