Similar experience to many other reviews. I lived there for 5 years, constantly had issues getting ahold of the office people and they consistently lost paperwork I sent them. When I left they took the whole deposit, charged an extra month despite significant notice being given. Also never sent me any bill or even attempted to contact me for these charges and instead sent it directly to collections. The only reason I knew about it was my credit got hit. Hole in the ceiling for over 2 weeks. Been flooded twice and apartments don't have emergency lines. So you voicemail maintenance or it hangs up on you. Good Luck. Office opens when ever they feel like it. They don't follow business hours. Our neighbors let their dog pee and Poo on their patio. It fell down to the floors below. Took over 2 months for management to care or notice. No speed.dumps so people speed 20-30 mph here. Saw a kid nearly get clipped those week because no safety for kids here. I spent 9 years in my apartment and left it in nearly "new" condition—no nails in the walls, always used command strips, and cleaned thoroughly. I was on a month-to-month plan and gave a 30-day notice. When I asked for the earliest possible move-out date, they said May 5th would be the earliest for the 30-day notice period, which I agreed to and signed off on. It's very noisy, kind of trashy crowd, but some nice people are still around. I wouldn't advise you to live there...
