lMelvic Autocare replaced my front brakes, but the issue wasn’t fixed — the brakes were still sticking and the pedal kept sinking to the floor. They charged $1300 AUD just for the front brake repair. Later, another mechanic discovered that the brake caliper had been left loose, which caused the brake to remain engaged. After that was properly fixed, the problem disappeared. Very disappointed with the service and careless workmanship.
Update: After getting a call from them, I've reconsidered my review and made a bit professional. Original: I bought their "Discount Package" from a professional looking sales person at one of the shopping centres. Serviced my car in August 2024, and they highlighted that my car have some issues. Thank God, I hard pass on them. Also, they didn't mention that if I got those parts replaced, I'll get a discount. Now the main issue, later I discovered that my rear defogger was not working.
