I have informed Gibson’s Human resource department that they have a ANTISEMITIC Manager in John Pontarelli ! I worked for John at the Chicago chophouse from July 97 -2000 on February 12th when I was fired for being sensitive to antisemitic behavior from John Pontarelli and his Manager Matt Giles !!! Every year we go to Quartino for Christmas with our Chicago family and it never disappoints. Friendly staff, nice atmosphere, food is always on point and the bathrooms are cool too! 👍🏻 Highly recommend!
I live in North West Indiana and go out to dinner quite often due to the lack of quality Italian food I have stopped eating Italian food in restaurants ( besides pizza lol ) . Today was a true pleasure and reawakening to true Italian food Thank you so much !!!! — with Michael Fischer.

Good food and exquisite service, what is to want?
The whipped Goats milk ricotta and bread is not to be ignored. Ask to have honey and blistered tomatoes on the side. Incredible !!!!! Do NOT try to walk in after 5pm. Make a reservation!!!!
