This company is unethical. They breeched our privacy, lied to us about how they would handle things with us and the tenants, broke our contract in less than six months, refused to return calls or communicate with owners, and disclosed our personal information to tenants without permission our our knowledge. This company is a nightmare! Stay far away.
I certainly wish that I could give them a "no" stars as that is what they deserve. In August of 2019, we rented a house thru Dana at 681 Hamlet Circle. The yard was wet at the time, but Dana assured us it was simply because of rain. We needed a nice rental with a fenced backyard for our pup. After moving in, the yard never was dry. We had to walk our pup on a leash at all times. If the wet yard was not bad enough, hurricane Matthew took the fence down which took the owner 3 months to repair. Can't trust them!! They figure out a way to keep your deposit or at least some of it!!
Worst rental company ever!! They will some how keep most of your deposit even if you left the house in better shape than you found it!!!!
