Great location, helpful staff The staff is always friendly and helpful, and maintenance works quickly. They keep the common areas clean and updated, and the location is great if you want to be near the beach and downtown.
Great Location, Super Staff and Wonderful Amenities ! I have lived in the Quarterdeck Apartments for well over 15 years. Crazy? No! Living in this community is wonderful. The apartments are spacious, the property is well manicured and it's just a fun place to live. The location is prime - just minutes from downtown Charleston, SC and from Folly Beach. Colonial Grand at Quarterdeck I recently moved from Michigan to Charleston, SC and went from living in a house to an apartment. The staff at Colonial Grand are very friendly and helpful with any repairs or service work needed. My apartment is almost as big as the house I owned. We have a beautifully landscaped property with 2 swimming pools, tennis courts and an exercise room. Love having a washer and dryer in my apartment and access to laundry room if needed.
